Careers Day 2008
Our future careers are very important and we were very grateful to be able to talk to some more professionals about what we could do when we leave school.

Year 5/6 were asked to write some articles and adverts for their own Kron page in the Evening Chronicle Newspaper.
They were asked to include an advert for a fantastic local company: WD Bathrooms.
The whole class took part and worked in pairs to come up with an eye-catching design for the advert.
The winning team were Johnny Iveson and Courtney Bolam. Their colourful design appeared on our Kron page in the newspaper on November 22nd 2007.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff from WD Bathrooms for their sponsorship and support
For more information about WD Bathrooms, and to see the winning design go to their website: www.wdbathrooms.co.uk
The very talented children from our school put on two fantastic Christmas Productions this year.
The children in Reception and Key Stage One performed a traditional nativity play and the Key Stage Two children performed a Pantomime.
The whole school came out to watch our Balloon Launch, which celebrated our Outstanding Ofsted.

Years 5 and 6 had a careers advice day. Different speakers gave advice about four very different careers. This lady was from the National Trust.
Key Stages 1 and 2 had a fantastic time at Gateshead International Stadium for their sports day.
Key Stage 2 performed their Christmas play, 'The Sleeping Prince' to an audience which was delighted with all the songs, dances and acting from all of the children.
Year 6 have created an online presentation of Roald Dahl's life - you can view the video by clicking the link below.
